Painted for the 75 years of Air France using a 1950s' scheme. Was withdrawn from service on october, 31th 2013 and parted out in the USA.

Peint pour les 75 ans d'Air France en utilisant une livrée des années 50. A été retiré du service le 31 octobre 2013 et ferraillé aux USA.

That paint scheme sure brings back memories of the time i travelled from my parents to my grand parents between Paris and Nice on a Caravelle... Memories !!! Belle image Marwan, j'aime bien cet angle de vue à l'approche.

I agree with the previous comment... Most often, the design of the 50's was much much more accomplished than todays'...

C'est dommage d'écrire cela mais je préfère finalement cette version là qui restera sans doute limitée à un seul avion au reloockage des autres :-( Deviendrais-je nostalgique?
