my daughter lives right on the border of new york and penna.today she told me she saw a blue colored bird and a yellow beak,she thought it was a blue jay,but jays dont have yellow bills,could you help me identify for her?

I have a bird that is coming to my feeder that looks like this except he looks to have a little purple on his head don,t know if he is the same. Just started watching birds and trying to identify please help.

These are beautiful birds and I love watching them we have had a lot of them on our feeder.
