The further I get from the trip to the Galapagos islands, the more I realise how stunning the place is; at the time it was obvious that it was unique, but that was driven a bit to the back burner. It was a stressful trip, since my husband and I were accompanying our daughter who was terminally ill. The worst happened two months later, and my attention has been muted. Now, April 2014 as part of remembrance, i am processing my photos. I'll never forget the place. I'll never forget what drove our daughter to drag us there. In the process of the stress, some photos got irreplaceable photos got deleted, but there are more than enough anyway, I suppose. I'm not even sure I have all the details of the individual place-names correct. But, overall, the Galapagos and what it offers is enthralling.

As beautiful as the Galapagos Islands are in their own right, we appreciate the special meaning they must have to you in the remembrance of your loss. We sincerely hope that the posting of these images will help to bring back all good memories that your daughter left. Thank you for sharing.
