I would love to go to this promontory with a geologist who could interpret the rock formations for me. I only did geology at Matric (what would now be year 12)and that was a long time ago. i recognise some of the formations and deposits and how they got there, but others are amazing - like what appear to be snail trails, but actually part of the layers of the rock.
