We were dropped off by the mini-van on the main road. We had no idea which way was 'up' so followed the other passengers, but they seemed to be locals and disappeared off in various directions. We headed up one narrow street and were soon invited into a shop with an adjacent courtyard, with the prize display, this lama. of course, there was a price- we were invited to buy no end of things. I forget if we did, or not. This lama was one of those beguiling creatures which make thou want to hug them - but he/she was hands off - for display only.
