THe vivid reds of autumn which I had hoped to catch during a 5&1/2 week stay in Canada didn't really materialise. The Huronia area had had warmer-than-usual weather and so the leaves had only just started to turn. Slowly reds appeared, but there was a lot of yellow intermingled. THen, a trip further north was planned, with hope of more brilliant foliage. Foiled! Rain fell the night before leaving and leaves were all down in the best areas. I got some shots, but always mingled with bare branches or yellow foliage. Ah well...
