Jennifer and I were at the gate for the start of this race. We had chosen the 10 horse, Godiva High. We both liked his look and spirit. A gentleman next to us at the rail suggested that the 10 horse was the one to watch. We agreed; as did a woman to our right.
She said she hoped we were right about that 10 horse because she had trained it. She also suggested that if we got any good images please send them to her website

Well Godiva High won the race handily and Jen and I were asked to accompany Joan to the Winner's Circle and have our picture taken with the horse, Joan and the jockey.
We love Tampa Bay Downs because we get to rub elbows with movers and shakers like Joan Scott. Thank you Joan and thank for the great race Godiva!!
