On the North side of the Uinta Mountain range is a little valley called Christmas Meadows. Water tumbling down from the higher elevations slows at a more placid pace through beaver dams and wet meadows. Summer is a great time to visit to see flowers, wildlife and natural beauty. But, even during early winter it can be a visual treat.
