The Youngest wild horse

This new little mustang was born just in the last few days. He's a pretty little pinto. I hope he makes it.

Sadly, I found the remains of another young colt that had been eaten by coyotes on the hill above this mother and baby. It looked as if it had been stillborn.

dear DB', i really love this picture. my family and I had a beautiful mare just like this one when i was growing up. We raised her from a colt, she died at the age of 27yrs old. Thanks for the pic. really brought back some great memories for me. Horses have always been a passion of mine they are trully a magnificant animal.
