This addendum to the K-M Challenges Rules is to be read in conjunction with the main Rules one gallery level up from here.

Breaches will be classified as follows by the Moderator with associated degrees of uncoolness:

Level 1 - casual:
A casual breach such as failure to include a really interesting title for any entry in the Competition or Exhibition Galleries will be deemed to be a level 1 breach of the Rules.
Consequences: While a casual breach is only slightly uncool, it may cause the Moderator to lapse into a deep sleep such that the Challenge may never end and is therefore not recommended!

Level 3 - tactical:
A tactical breach such as an out of sequence placement of images in the Competition or Exhibition Galleries will be deemed to be a level 3 breach of the Rules.
Consequences: A tactical breach could be pretty cool if either of the adjacent entries is very good and does not belong to the Moderator and the out of sequence entry helps to divert attention away from any such great entry, in which case there will be no penalty/payment requirement. ;o)

Level 4 - recklessly negligent:
A recklessly negligent breach such as failure to comment on the Moderator's entries with enough superlatives will be deemed to be a level 4 breach of the Rules.
Consequences: A recklessly negligent breach is very uncool and any transgressor should not be surprised if such an oversight precipitates a reasonably good correlation between the trangressor's lack of attention to the Moderator's entries and the Moderator's lack of attention to making sure votes for the transgressor's entries are not overlooked, especially if the transgressor's entries might otherwise run the risk of upstaging the Moderator's own entries. ;o)
