Thanks for the comments Bob and Dunc. You're right of course, and it looks like I'll just have to learn PS if I'm to get the most out of some of my images. Time for this old duffer to get with the times. Dale

This is nicely lit, I can imagine the moonlight. Colors and comp are pretty good too.
I agree with Dunc about the background. If it were all dark clapboards (like the top half) it'd be pretty cool. I think you'd really want to isolate the subject on this one and the plastic sheet (?) and bit of vase on the left, and the light areas directly behind the frog are kind of distracting. I think some darkening (and/or cloning) in the background would really give this shot some pop.

Well done to capture the dripping water so clearly. The background doesn't lend a lot to the image, but its a cool shot. Dunc
