i kinda agree with dunc. the background is distracting. a quick fix would be to crop just above the dark rock. that will stop the viewer's eye being drawn to the background, i think.

Ireally like this Jeffrey, composition is perfect - nice & simple. But I think it'd work better with the background slightly more blurred... I just have this feeling of a very blurry background being more intentional in this kind of photo. Also a little touch of rotation to get the horizon straight and its a winner. Cheers, Dunc
