Early Jogging by MCsaba

Unfortunately, there are straight lines too on the picture, but without them the bridge would collapse. The jogging girl had very nice curves as well :)

Thanks for the comments. Bob, I was also considering to demolish the church, thanks to reinforce this decision. MCsaba

Hey, what's a straight line but a 180 degree curve. Very pleasing composition with the strong curve and the step-like lights that are enclosed.
The only thing I might try is to clone out the roof-like thing that is intruding on the open space - about 1/3 of the way down the left pillar - just to give a cleaner line there. As usual, well spotted and shot.

Super shot. The deep curve dominates the field. The solo runner gives the V a sense of proportion. I don't think the straight lines are a distraction because they lead my eye inevitably back to that powerful central curve. Superb work.

There are lots of straight lines, but the curve it the dominant and the most important. I agree that the woman running is an important element too. This is great! JeffryZ

This is a great photo MCsaba. Well composed and spot on theme. The runner puts everything in perspective. Very well done!

Cheers!

I think you have a thing for bridges... and curvy girls!
Nice photo for a gloomy looking day. Dunc
