Good shot, nice timing on the capture. Compositionally, the shot does work for me with the three birds, although I agree with Bob that there might be another shot here with tighter crop on the two birds on the right. Not sure if there is any more in the original, but if anything could be done to recover the highlights some, it would help the shot overall.

Nice capture - looks like you had to deal with a difficult lighting situation.
I think that maybe a tighter crop would work well here to focus the action on the 'fighting' birds. The half hidden bird on the left really doesn't add much to the shot and you could eliminate the blown highlights on that side.
Optionally, depending on the 'look' you want, you could also try cropping from the bottom of the feeder on down (straightening the feeder too). This would eliminate practically all the blown highlights and really emphasize the dominance of the perched bird.
