Thanks for the comments, Bob; I had very similar doubts. Without the right glass, the picture was feeling empty, but I tought that there is no space for and other in full size, thus I decided to make it as blurred in the background. The original underlay was a black cardboard paper, which looked quite ugly, but I do not liked its deletion too because of the floating effect. Now I replaced it with linen wich has some structure and faded to black - I like this better. The dry flowers are only secondary objects with just the edge lights on them and I do not wanted to make them more dominating. MCsaba

I like the glass - the highlights are well maintained and the texture is nice. I really like the flower - colors are great. I wish I could see more of it.
I'm not so sure about the 2nd OOF glass in the background. It sort of wants to be a reflection, but isn't.
I think the negative space works well...but.
It's a nice background for the glass, works exceptionally well with the flower, but there is something about the comp that makes the glass bottle appear to be floating in air. Any easy fix would be to crop off the bottom, but I think this shot deserves a bit more. Maybe some sort of doily, table cloth etc - fading to black - that would give the glass an anchor.
Just some thoughts.
