Nice rich saturation. I know nothing of flowers, so I'm not sure if the polished look of the leaves is natural or the result of being wet, but it looks cool. I agree with MC that it would have been preferable to have the full petal in frame, but I often leave pixels out in the field myself.

MCsaba, Thanks. The best I'd be able to do is paint/clone black atthe edge of the petal to shorten it. Unfortunately I didn't capture anything more to the right. Marc

I prefer this tight shot over the "field" capture due to the better contrasts and more tranquil scene. Colors and DOF works well here as well the diagonal composition. May be adding few columns of pixels on the right to complete the petal would be worthy. MCsaba
