Hotel Bessborough by umbro10

Saskatoon Canada

If you have ever seen a photograph of Saskatoon, it almost certainly included this landmark hotel. While it is probably cliche to photograph it, it is truly the most striking piece of architecture in the city. The hotel was built during the 1930's by CP Rail in a make-work program during the depression years. It has gone through extensive structural and mechanical upgrades over the years but the original character of the building is largely untouched.
