These talons are from a magpie, I believe. The yellow thing is.... well, a small yellow insect-thing. I haven't got a clue what it´s called, but there were several of these little creeps on the magpie. Markus

Are these the talons of a crow? Amazing design. Like the DOF. Too bad you could not have gotten more in the bottom of the frame. What is that yellow thing on the talon? - JJ
