Hi Alain
You can turn an ordinary every day object like a plastic water bottle in art. Amazing!! When I first saw this picture in the thumbnails I thought this was two very elaborated and delicate perfume containers : ) .

This is much better than your original! It holds my interest long enough to explore the entire image. Only after a long look does the pink come into play, and it does become distracting after you notice it! I like the green at the bottom; It adds a subtle but needed contrast. Nice!

Alain,
I think this is a fantastic shot. It reminds me of ocean waves. where are the pink reflections coming from? I do wish they weren't there. In addition to this shot have you thought about a tight crop of the center section as a abstract?

The simplicity of the composition belies the effort that went into it. Excellent frame. Excellent photo. I'm impressed by all your work, but this one is outstanding. Tlaloc

Alain, I was also thinking that I preferred for the bottle not to be truncated, so I'm glad you reworked it. Great effect with the blue patterns. Well spotted. I like your choice to point one bottle into the corner, but I think this is a subject where some symmetry would have worked better for me and it would have been great to see both bottles pointing into the corners. The green wave (support?) at the bottom also seems out of place, but can easily be changed during PP if there's no other simple way around it. However, the upward and outward angles are a good idea and the DOF works well to create the illusion that the bottles are short and round in the thumbnail. John

I think I like this better, having the second bottle all in. I like the way the bottles are clearly idenfiable as bottles of water, it makes the striped reflections more mysterious.

Thanks for your feedback, folks ! I posted a reworked version which IMHO has a much better image quality. And yes, MCsaba, I did bring in the second bottle... ;-)

On the contrary, that's what I like the most (part of the bottle out of the frame): it gives the bottle some 3rd dimensionality. And also the "striped" reflections.igb

I like the non-symmetric positioning of the bottles, but I would not cut out the right part of the right bottle. - MCsaba
