Yes, a mirror each side at a 45 degree angle, one light overhead. I added the "flash" to hide the intersection of the mirrors. This is an existing recess and feature in our house.
I really like the lighting on this one, and the overall mysterious look.
After staring at it for a while, I guess that there is only one vase there with a pair of mirrors, but can't figure out how you got the light coming from the 'inside'.
