This picture makes me think of the all the energy it takes to teach a young child something new. It takes more energy then most people think to be patient with children. I like the mood of this photo.

More like impulse of madness fishing in such conditions.
As an image the sky and water are virtually invisible so IMHO (though I am not experienced enough know how) some PPing would be good to give the background some interest.
