Good capture! I like how you got the little splashes around the swimmer. Well done

Fred,

Good capture and freeze of the water splashing. Plenty of energy here.

Hi Mattana,
Thanx for the suggestion, but if I crop this one differently, you will see a foot from another swimmer on the right side of the picture.

Cheers!

Beautiful shot. I love the clarity of it. I think cropping is a bit too tight though. Just a thought.

Good well exposed and framed shot.

Full of energy ~ the swimmer, the water & the anticipation of the ongoing swimming strokes throwing more water. Well done.

Thank you very much for your comments, Bruce and John. As you say John, my A2 is in Germany for repair and I will not get it back for another two or three weeks, so that's why there's no "guessing"-picture in the competition gallery. Too bad, coz the theme for this chalenge gave me several ideas for such pictures. But hey, as soon as I get my Minolta back, the "brain twisters" will be too.

All the best!

Fred, ditto on Bruce's comments. Good stuff that works well here. Did you say your A2 is out of action for the moment with a macro problem? YOur lack of philosophical, brain twisting entry in the comp gallery would suggest that is the case.
Cheers, John

Fred I envy you for two reasons: 1) this is a great image, good exposure, fully fitting the theme, and 2) You have a D70!!!!
