Ah, 'onze' Panamarenko ! I know the work only from publicity (a few years ago ?). If I happen to be in Antwerp the next time, I'll have a look at the real thing ! You captured it very nicely with the blue sky and white clouds in the background, giving it a feeling of 'about to take off'.

It is a sculpture by an artist called Panamarenko and it sits high on a column in the corner of a square. The artist is known for creating devices that are supposed to fly. Being somewhat eccentric he called it Pepto Bismo for some reason. Sounds as unusual as some member names on this forum. This does not imply that I think people with unusual names are eccentric. Not all. Paul ;-)
