G'day Rene,
Stunning and perfect for this theme. Almost gives the impression of tomato soup about to boil.
Cheers, John

Hi Sherry, I am glad you enjoyed the sunset, we were sitting on a friends balcony having a nice glass of red and enjoying the picture unfolding in front of us.

Thank you Claudio your comments are very much appreciated. I think I will have to put this photo to bed after this competition, I have posted it quite a few times haven't I? :-) I sent it into a digital photography magazine in Australia and to my surprise and joy they published it; I can't tell you how excited I was when I opened up the magazine and there it was (my one second of fame :-)).
Kind Regards
Rene

Thanks again Kimberly. I thought I had seen "the best in the world sunsets" when we were living in Malaysia, but this is by far the best I have ever seen and I was certainly glad I had the chance to experience it.
Kind Regards
Rene

Bracket thank you. Living in Papua New Guinea is not always a great experience, but when you come across moments like this one it makes up for everything else. I am lucky from a photographers point of view because the country is just so diverse. BUT, there is no happy medium here it is either fantastic or totally horrible :-)
Kind Regards
Rene
