Well 12, Canning Stock Route, Australia

The Canning Stock Route from Wiluna to Halls Creek in Western Australia is a 1900 km long, very remote 4WD desert track with 52 historic wells for live stock. Some wells are restored, some with good drinking water, including Well 12. To understand this image better, have a look at:

Amazing shot that stops my mind and then makes me think. Great composition, simple with impact, no chance to fix up later with cropping ( I believe) Dennis Dangerfield
