Following the advice from niamh, I cut down the exposure on the whole picture and increased the contrast slightly - I still feel a little guilty about how easy it is to do things like this in PS Elements. Jack
Hi Jack! I think this is a definite improvement on the original - the difference is subtle but has an impact on the image as a whole. I can also see the second, distorted reflection in the bumper behind the wheel, which I did not really notice before. I was tempted in my first comment to suggest cropping the grass out, as it's a little over-exposed, but I'm glad I didn't because I think it's an important element compositionally in this shot.

Jack, it seems to me that the reflection is slightly over-exposed, which is a pity, but I like the angle of view from which this was taken and the fact that the reflected car is bang in the centre of the hubcap. I'm glad you managed to find a viewpoint that excluded your own reflection from the image. Nice, bright colour on the car!
