Thanks Nigel and Chris. Nigel - these are the America's Cup 12 metre class yachts - this was Stars & Stripes (Dennis Conner's boat) versus Canada's True North. They run regattas for paying customers off St. Maarten, N.A.
This is the type of image I always enjoy looking at; breezy day, yachts racing to windward, slight haze and a clear stretch of sea. The high angle helps the sense of scale and puts the boats in context, large though they are for racers and the composition gives them plenty of sea to sail into. Thank you, Nigel
