We had a bit more time for our overnight in Spokane so after we got into our rooms I took a walk along the river. They clouds were moving in and out, snow was intermittently falling and people were out enjoying the day. They seagulls were also out, sending out there distinct call. They are a majestic bird when posing as well as adept flyers. Most are comfortable with man and allow us to get in close.
