Little Rock is bustling with the NCAA tournaments in town. Staci, Matt and I walked downtown for a bite to eat. With temperatures in the low 70’s everyone was enjoying the warm sunshine. They also were having a classic car show along the river so I wandered in that direction and noticed this ceramic dog checking out the front tire on one of the cars.
