Heavy fog and light snow this morning and a photographer shouldn’t pass up those conditions for photography. I discovered this hawk standing right on top of the prairie dog mound and enjoying breakfast at the Cathy Fromme Natural Area. I like this image because it speaks of the isolation and the harshness of the life. It has mystery to it. It asks the viewer to look again and study it.
