Late last night the clouds moved in, thunder rolled and the rain came (much needed rain). I knew there would be good potential photo images for raindrops if I could get myself out of bed early enough. I drove to the ELC Nature Area. I got muddy, wet and was constantly swatting hungry mosquitoes, had a great time. I thought this image depicted the feeling of nature after 3 weeks without rain as the leaf gently holds the raindrops.
