What a great day. Andy, Rachel and I jumped on the Beemers and headed for the mountains this morning. Our destination was over Trail Ridge to Grand Lake and back. However, time was not in our favor. We did make it to the top of Trail Ridge where we encountered some good gusts of wind and onimous looking clouds. This photo was taken at the Visitor Center just before entering into Rocky Mountain National Park. We all added a layer of clothing for warmth against the cold and wind. On our way back we did encounter rain at Drake and had the rest of the way home. After arriving at their house we ordered pizza and cleaned up the bikes. Again, what a great day!
