It is raining and suppose to turn into snow later on today. I tried to catch a blurred car with a slow shutter speed (1/25 sec). There is no cropping on this image as I captured this guy right in the middle of the frame. Took me six cars to get it right. That is one of the advantages of digital, I knew if I had the photo.
