I noticed this elderly lady standing outside a local coffee shop this past Friday. She would read part of the paper, walk over to the nearby trash and toss the page she had just read, then move back to this same spot to read another page. She stayed out there for maybe 15 minutes before she disappeared. I never saw her leave. What made this unusual was the temperature sitting around 0 degrees.
