It seems that many of my images are local to the hotels I stay at. Rather than just sit in my room, I will walk around the area. These benches are outside the hotel and usually not looked at by people. Some will walk over and sit down to enjoy the breeze or light up a cigarette but not be able to tell you what color or pattern the bench was. In the past I was guilty as charged. But somewhere that changed and I started to see differently. I like how I see the world now. As photographers what will we see like 5, 10 20 years from now?
