I had dinner at a Mexican restaurant called Miguel’s. I order a new dish of roasted chicken strips with a spicy sour cream sauce. The menu had the price and thank God no calories listed. Mexican restaurants sure can cause me harm. They place a basket of chips and salsa in front of you for 10-15 minutes then bring a large platter of food. And, not to hurt the cook’s feelings I tried my best to eat the whole thing. Needles to say I overate, again, and walked away stuffed.
