I enjoyed some time in Blendon Woods Metro Park this morning. I arrived early enough to have the park pretty much to myself, meeting only one other photographer. They have a nature center with bird feeders just outside of viewing windows to watch birds. Not a very good shot as I was shooting through a dirty window with poor light and they move too darn much. Great opportunity for us kids. Have a good Sunday.

Considering what you wrote regarding the not-so-optimum shooting conditions, this is hardly a bad shot! Catchlights in the eye, wonderful feather detail in the crest and that dreamy bokeh...certainly works as a very well shot piece! v.

Beautiful lil guy.....cardinal of some sort? You did good, I agree they move tooo fast....but you got it.
