Send this image along with your camera images to check your photo developer's quality. The tic marks along the edges will show how much cropping is done. The numbers inside the light and dark boxes show highlight and shadow detail problems; you should be able to see at least half of the numbers in the light boxes, and at least 2 or 3 in the black boxes.

The EXIF data shows this coming from a Sony camera. I started with an image from a Sony DSC-F717 and drew over the top of it, just in case the EXIF would make a difference.
