Grant Hagerty, 4 months post double-lung transplant recipient, and his wife Lori Brien held an open house, not only to celebrate the holiday season with friends but to share their joy of Grant's "Gift of Life" and show that Grant "is back" and excited and happy to re-connect with the world after the long bout with his debilitating lung disease.

Grant and Lori are gourmet chefs and the appetizers and Hors d'Oeuvres were the absolute best I've ever had anywhere. I understand that Lori made most of them herself with Grant's assistance and it was worth attending the party just to be able to take delight in and sample and enjoy the wide variety of delicious food.
