I just love this sign. It's in louisville Ky.
I used to pass it all the time wishing I had a decent camera. A few years ago someone beat me to it,and put it on the net.
This is MY photo though. (can't you tell?)

Ya know, that's a good question... I have wondered so much about how else one would get a tattoo, other than waiting, I never thought about having to be a "Charlie" as well... HEHE
