Cracks in Basement Wall Photos

Here is the issue:
I have a vertical crack in my poured basement foundation wall. It runs from the sill plate above a basement window, down the side of the window, across the window in the corner of the window and down the wall approximately 5 feet.

The top crack at its widest is 3/16th inch wide. And below the window starts about 1/16th and goes for approximately 5 feet to a hairline size just above where the wall meets the floor. Water seems to be coming in about at about 2 feet below grade which seems to be consistent with the bottom of the window well. Water does not come in every time it rains. It comes in after a large rainfall or 2-3 days of storms.

I have looked into various methods of repairing it. I am currently thinking of using a Polyurethane- Foam product that is low pressure forced into the cracks. It runs about $150.00 and I have seen good results on a forum. I

I would use this product from the inside up to the window base, then use an exterior caulk on the crack on the outside.
