Just a long block of blue insulation foam, cut to the desired dimensions. The block was then wrapped with a piece of thin blue plastic from a shopping bag (can't recall the exact store though...) The now wrapped load then had thin strips of black electrical tape wrapped around to simulate steel bands. then the load was tied down to the bulkhead flat with black sewing thread. ~ RF
