I wouldn't claim this to be a great photo, in that there is too much contrast. The interest lies in the subject matter of lions watching a giraffe, watching the lions. These lions strolled along the road towards my car, turned off and lay down in the shade. Their presence caused a lot of agitation among some zebra and giraffe that were close by and this giraffe tentatively approached, obviously wanting to be certain about what the lions intended to do. As it turned out, they wanted to do nothing other than sleep.
