JULY 2004- Classic Car and Motorcycle Run a Rousing Success!
ADESA Boston held our Fourth Annual "Classic Car and Motorcycle" Run on Sunday, June 13, 2004. The Run was held this year to benefit the Juvenile Diabetic Research Foundation. This year's Run was the largest and greatest one we've ever had. We were able to raise, through the generosity of our Supporters and Participants, approximately $20,000.00. For the past 4 years, ADESA Boston has held the Concord to Framingham Run to benefit children's charities. The previous Runs have raised money for Boston Children's Hospital, The Doug Flutie Jr. Autism Foundation, and the Northern New England Downs Syndrome Congress.

This year's event enjoyed the largest attendance so far. 290 people participated in the run, driving 86 classic cars, and riding 112 motorcycles. There was also a tremendous show of support from the surrounding communities. One local family, whose child suffers from juvenile diabetes, came to show their support after reading about our event in THAT DAY'S NEWSPAPER! Also, 40 motorcycles and some police classic cruisers from 4 surrounding police departments, and 14 bikes from the Middlesex County Sheriff's Office.
