Terry Pickard who was an australian soldier and medic has released a book called "Combat Medic" which is available at www.bigskypulidhing.com.au the book described what actually happened during the Kibeho Massache.

Matt,
I was looking for information on where the children I sponsor through Compassion International are and I found your site. I sponsor two children in Ethiopia and one in Rwanda that lives in Ntarama.
It means so much to have these pictures to connect further with the area, the people, and especially my precious boys.
Thank you for capturing those images and helping us all to remember them.

Matt, thank you for posting these unforgettable pictures. Painful to watch at times, they serve as a bitter lesson to all of us. Hopefully human tragedies like this won't repeat again... Big vote.

I am pleased to see some fresh and nice photoes of the people of Rwanda. I was present during the arful tragedy in April 1995 as a medic in the Australian Army. Your photoes have brought some peice to my mind. Thank you.

Very hard to see, but good lesson for the future. Is terrible how we can destroy ourselves. Of course never again, neither Irak, neither Sierra Leona, ....no more wars :-( Thanks for sharing !! Big vote, I hope others can see it
