This character is always around preaching, and I thought sure he'd be my PoD today, until I saw the sweet little lady that edged him out. He carries his guitar on his back and a small battery powered amp on his side. He's very cordial one on one, but have mercy when he gets to preachin, he gets it done! He was preaching just outside the state office building while the smokers were coming out for 3:00 smoke break, and it was hilarious when he got on "smokin cigarettes."
