Definitely the best cat picture of the bunch - mostly because of the deadly serious expression you captured. The diagonal geometry of the composition adds dramatic tension, as we anticipate a lunge toward an unseen and out-positioned quarry.

- or King of the Cage, at least! I was just emailing my sister (a Wildlife professor at University of Florida, Gainesville) about how cats and dogs are so different because of the way their wild ancestors used to hunt - dogs in teams and cats alone. Dogs are more friendly and gregarious because their ancestors hunted in teams. Don't bother them when they eat, however, because their ancestors had to compete for the spoils of a kill. Cats, on the other hand, are more distant and self-reliant because their ancestors hunted alone. They eat in bits and pieces because their ancestors always had their kills to themselves.
