We braved the atrocious weather of nortern France to ride to the 2008 Le Mans MotoGP. Our reward was a hugely fun packed weekend where we witnessed an amazing Yamaha team performance which saw Rossi taking top stop, an amazing gutsy ride through the field by Jorge Lorenzo to take second spot and the hugely popular Texan tornado Colin Edwards completed the podium. Our Pit Lane walk contributed to the excitement of the race weekend. We stayed in a wonderful Logis de France hotel some 30 miles north east of the circuit enjoying the best of French food and wine. Fabulous rides through the beautiful French countryside to and from the circuit added to a truly memorable weekend. http://www.motoexpress.co.uk
