The alligator is a strange critter indeed
and that it hates winter is generally agreed.
But here is a fact that you probably don't know,
there are some 'gators that just love the snow.

They come out at night while you are asleep
and venture outdoors where the snow is knee-deep.
They're back in the forest where no one can see,
that's why no one knew that a 'gator could ski.

They'll build their snowgators and laugh with delight
as they romp and they frolic on a bright moonlit night.
So if you rise early and get out of your beds,
be extra cautious of 'gators on sleds.
