Hello David! I've noticed that your pictures with canon power shot camera are best so far! I've experienced the same when I switched from some compact camera to Canon 20D. It took a long time for me to get used to it. And still sometimes I feel I do not have as good shots as I had with my small Fujifilm camera :)I think all problem is because we have to look through small view finder .It was always better to get shot just by looking at the cameras monitor. At least that's my experience..
